   T-NAAZ.CO is an online jewellery store offering fashion and imitation jewellery.
   All products are sold as described on the product pages.
   By placing an order, you agree to our Payment Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

   By ordering, you confirm that all details provided are true and accurate
3. Products & Descriptions
   Jewellery images are for reference purposes only
   Slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade detailing
   Sizes, material, and other details are clearly mentioned on each product page
4. Pricing & Payments
   All prices are listed in INR (₹)
   We accept prepaid payments only
   ❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
   Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
   Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled
   Orders cannot be modified after confirmation
6. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are shipped after successful payment
   Delivery timelines may vary based on location
   Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control
7. Return & Refund Policy (Important)
   We follow a strict jewellery return policy, similar to marketplace rules (like Meesho).
   Returns are accepted only if:
   Wrong product received
   Damaged product received
   Missing item
   📹 Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.
   Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
   ⏱️ Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Return Pickup
   If your return request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the item from your home
   No need to visit any courier office
   Item must be unused and in original packaging
9. Non-Returnable Items
   Jewellery items are non-returnable for:
   Size or fitting issues
   Color difference
   Change of mind
   Personal preference
   Please review all details carefully before ordering.
10. Refunds
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
    Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days
    Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
11. Fraud & Misuse Policy
    Any false claims, fake return requests, or policy misuse may lead to:
    Return rejection

    Permanent account restriction
